Pressure & Vacuum Forming Plastics Manufacturer
Pressure Forming
Pressure forming is for parts requiring higher precision and features such as sharp undercuts; to achieve these features, compressed air is added to the operation, from 20 to as much as 150 psi.
Typical material gauges are from .020” up to 0.5”. We use a variety of materials ranging from fire rated materials to anti-static materials and any color imaginable.
After the part is formed five-axis DMS routers are used to precisely trim the parts. We offer full assembly capabilities for turnkey products.
Vacuum Forming
Benefits of vacuum forming
- Short lead time for production parts
- Much lower tooling costs when compared to injection molding
